Working Around your Allergies
This seasoning blend contains only five ingredients – Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Onion Powder, and Garlic Powder. If you are on a low inflammatory diet you may need to replace the onion and garlic powders with Garlic Scape Powder, Garlic Chive Powder, and Green Onion Powder. Remember to make each recipe your own!
Ingredients:
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Poweder
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a small jar, put the lid on and shake to combine. Rub on burgers or streaks 30 minutes prior to grilling or cooking.
